Personalized Orders
Embroidery spots are limited each week — it’s a first-come, first-served kind of thing.
Because each towel is stitched just for you, personalized items are final sale — so please double-check your text and font before checking out.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer free returns within 30 days for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Personalized and embroidered products can’t be returned or exchanged.
If you paid for shipping, that original shipping fee isn’t refundable — just a heads-up.
Shipping & Processing
During the Black Friday rush, things move fast (and sometimes slower).
Carriers can get busy, so shipping may take a few extra days.
We’ll be shipping as quickly as we can — every order is packed with care from our team.
To play it safe for Christmas delivery, try to order by December 7th.
We currently ship within the U.S. only during the sale period.
