Personalization Terms & Conditions

Each personalized towel is made to order.

Because every piece is custom embroidered, here’s what to keep in mind before

checking out:

Processing Time

  • We aim to ship all personalized towels within 48 hours.

  • During busy periods (like the holiday season), embroidery may add an extra 2–4 business days.

  • If your order includes both personalized and non-personalized items, they’ll ship together once personalization is complete.

    • Want the rest of your order sooner? Just place two separate orders — one personalized, one not.

Accuracy & Design

  • Your text will be stitched exactly as entered, including capitalization, spelling, and punctuation.

  • Please double-check your entry — once submitted, we can’t guarantee edits or cancellations.

  • We reserve the right to decline personalization requests that include offensive or copyrighted content.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • If something arrives damaged or with an embroidery error made by us, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Care Tips

  • Wash cold, tumble dry low, and skip the bleach — that keeps your embroidery looking fresh.

  • Avoid high heat to protect the thread color and texture.

Holiday & High-Volume Periods

  • During peak seasons, personalization may slightly extend your delivery window.

  • We do our best to keep things moving quickly, but your patience helps us make sure every stitch is perfect.
