Processing Time
We aim to ship all personalized towels within 48 hours.
During busy periods (like the holiday season), embroidery may add an extra 2–4 business days.
If your order includes both personalized and non-personalized items, they’ll ship together once personalization is complete.
Want the rest of your order sooner? Just place two separate orders — one personalized, one not.
Accuracy & Design
Your text will be stitched exactly as entered, including capitalization, spelling, and punctuation.
Please double-check your entry — once submitted, we can’t guarantee edits or cancellations.
We reserve the right to decline personalization requests that include offensive or copyrighted content.
Returns & Exchanges
Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If something arrives damaged or with an embroidery error made by us, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Wash cold, tumble dry low, and skip the bleach — that keeps your embroidery looking fresh.
Avoid high heat to protect the thread color and texture.
