If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the item in your email.

Reporting within this time frame ensures we can properly process your exchange or replacement. If an issue is not reported within 48 hours, we may not be able to offer a replacement or refund.
